بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم و الصلاة و السلام على سيدنا محمد أشرف المخلوقين و على آله و صحبه أجمعين،
بقلب ملؤه المحبة و فؤاد ينبض بالمودة وكلمات تبحث عن روح الأخوة، أقول لكم أهلا وسهلا أساتذتي و زملائي الطلبة الباحثين، أهلا بكم بقلبي قبل حروفي، بكل سعادة وبكل عزة، نُضِيءُ المؤتمر الدولي للغذاء و التغذية 2011 بـتَسْكَڭِي، فرحة و علما و نورا.
إنه في بلدي المغرب، كأحد البلدان السائرة في طور الانتقال التغذوي و الابديميولوجي، أصبحت فئة الأطفال مهددة بسوء التغذية المتمثل في نقص المتحصل عليه من بعض العناصر التغذوية و نقص الوزن إلى جانب سوء التغذية المتمثل في فرط المتحصل عليه من بعض العناصر التغذوية و السمنة. و ذلك على اثر تحديات العولمة و التأثيرات الاقتصادية و الديموغرافية التي يعيشها مجتمعنا المغربي. لدى، أضحى من اللازم العمل على محاربة و إيجاد حلول جذرية ومناسبة لمكافحة هذا العِبْء المزدوج بكل الطرق والوسائل وعلى رأسها نهج سياسات تغذوية صحية مبنية على برامج بحوث علمية و مؤتمرات توعوية وتثقيفية في سبيل حماية أطفالنا و مجتمعنا من أخطار الأمراض غير السارية الناجمة عن تفشي السمنة.
في الأخير أود أن أشكر اللجنة المنظمة للمؤتمر، و على رأسها الأستاذة أدليا بنيامين و كل من ساهم من بعيد أو قريب في إنجاحه. كما أشكر الجهات الراعية للمؤتمر و التي أعطت لي الفرصة لحضوره و لقاء خيرة الباحثين الأمريكيين و الدوليين،و ذلك على إثر انتقائي ضمن 13 طالب باحث دولي من طرف اللجنة العلمية المنظمة للمؤتمر.
