"al-raqîb al-'awwal 'aHmad al-yamânî D.sh.q." (Dâd - shîn - qâf)
"al-raqîb muHammad al-bayDawî `. sh.q." (`ayn, shîn, qâf)

je n'ensuis pas sûre mais voyez plus bas:

Shîn et qâf sont probablement des abbreviations pour:
chorta(t) qadaiyya(t)= police judicière.

mais ce dont je ne suis pas sûre c'est le dâd et le 'ayn avant cela pour la raison suivante:
dâd =dâbet= officier. est-ce que ce grade irait avec "raqib awwal" = sergent chef? je ne connais pas bien les grades militaires.
De même, 'ayn = 'amid = brigadier, ce qui ne correspondrait pas à un simple "raqib" = sergent

Je pense que dans ce cas de figure, il ne s'agit pas de grade ou titre, ce dernier est clairement indiqué auparavant; il s'agirait plutot de la fonction et du role que ces deux fonctionnaires dans remplissent ce PV et pour lequel ils sont responsables en signant.
