From the way the question is formulated, it is hard to say which term you are asking about, and into wich language you wish to have it translated. On the face of it, it looks as though you are presuming that the word "general" is Arabic and that you are asking to have it translated into Malay.

Of course, the word "general" is not Arabic.

Looking more closely, it is possible that the term you are asking about is ASHRAH. This is an Arabic word meaning "ten." It is possible that it is used in Malay as well.
