Arabic to English translations [PRO] Art/Literary
Arabic term or phrase:Ahh Wa Wela Yoom Habb Al Hawaaaa
Explanation: The exact meaning is: Oh, not one day he liked love (or passion).
Although in the masculine form, it may very well be referring to the HEART -thus, not one day IT... (and, believe it or not, it may -poetically- be referring to a woman.

The text sounds like those in the heart-wrenching songs by Saudi troubadors Talla MudaaH or Abdullah Al-Saloom.
The meanings and contexts of such lyrics are very hard to translate (poetry is even harder), but I can ask some Saudi graduates students I advise (and their wives, who are fans of these and other national singers) for clarifications.

Explanation: i seem to have another explanation what would distinguish my answer is the first arabic letter in the word "habb" if it is pronounced as letter no.6 in the arabic alphapet it would be translated as "love" but if it was pronounced as the letter no. 26 it would be translated as "blow". i prefer the second prononciation. why is that?
cos the word "hawaa" means "wind". thus it would be "oh what happened to me(iam not comfortable)since the day wind had blown over me". this is a figure of speech in which the wind stands for love.meaning she\he is restless since the day he has seen his\her beloved.
in arabic "winds" or "air" always collocates with "habb"(winds blew)
i reject the interpretation of "habb" as love, because in this case it would be translated as "love the wind". nobody loves the wind, and there is nothing inducing pain or uncomfort in loving wind
