وحيث إن الطعن أقيم على خمسة أوجه ينعي الطاعن بالوجه الأول

ويكون النعي على ذلك الحكم بما ورد بهذا الوجه غير مقبول

This is a Dubai Court of Cassation document discussing appeals and challenges to case rulings. Everywhere I look the word 'mourning' or 'lament' is coming up for نعي which is clearly not the correct translation in this context.
