The correct word (through transliteration) would be Sabaa7il Noor. This normally proceeds Sabaa7il Khair. The #7 is the numerical equivalent of the arabic haa that has the same point of origin as the arabic letter khaa. Sabaa7 means morning. Noor means light. Khair means good. Arabic is not translated; it is an oral language rich in culture with deep meaning. If someone greets another, then the person being greetedd must reply with a greater reply. Sabaa7il Noor (The Morning Light) culturally means "Welcome to a new day". The response is greater, so Sabaa7il Khair (The Goodness of this day) would be a welcoming response. If someone greats you in Arabic, then your response must be equal or greater value. That said; if someone says Sabaa7il Khair, then your response cannot be Sabaa7il Noor because that is the weaker greeting. Instead you may say, in response, Sabaa7il Khair (for starters). If you're more advanced in this language, then it would be easier for you to add flatteries. E.g. Sabaa7il Khair 3ala kul 7aal (May the goodness of the day be upon all of your affairs).
