Although this series of questions does not violate any site rules, it looks like an entire translation job being dumped here, parceled out methodically, one piece at a time, from beginning to end, to be translated online by contributors, rather than by the translator to whom the job was assigned. I believe that this is contrary to the purpose of this site, which is to provide a mechanism for collaboration and mutual assistance when a translator encouters a difficult term or a difficult linguistic point. If the difficult is with the assignment as a whole, then the professional thing to do is to decline the assignment, not to have it re-assigned piecemeal online. This series of questions also raises a question about the adequacy of the current site rules and to what extent they promote or hinder professionalism, but that is a different discussion for another day.
