Arabic to Spanish translations [Non-PRO]

Arabic term or phrase: Isbiliya
Isbiliya (Ixvillia, Ishbiliya, Sbilya, Ysbilia) is the arabic name for Sevilla, Spain and I need to know what it means (either in English or Spanish).

Explanation:
It seems to me that "Isbiliya" has no special meaning by itself, but is simply a corruption of the original Latin name of the city, i.e. "Hispalis". The "p" became "b" (the letter "b" does not exist in classical Arabic), and the whole name was changed in order to make it easier to pronounce it in Arabic. A similar mutation happened to the word "Sicilia", which in Arabic became "Sukullia".
As for the ancient name, Hispalis, apparently the city was founded by a Tartesus population called Hispal.

Sorry, what I meant is that the letter (and sound) "p" does not exist in Arabic, and it's replaced by the letter "b".

FYI, my 1996 Arabic atlas of the world shows the place-name (transliterated of the original Arabic text) as "Ashbiiliiya."
