Asker: Thank you, Tatevik. I wish I could answer that question. I don't know. This is the first question on the first page of the questionnaire. There is not indication (later down the line) as to what changes they are referring to...

Asker: I would like to add that this is a back translation...

Asker: Now I know. The changes are in reference to different types of pains the patient might have had. Changes subsequent to a particular treatment plan implementation... or simply because of time...

agree  Henrik Pipoyan: it's rather "Global", though "Overall" is equally clear and correct, but PGIC stands for Patients' Global Impression of Change. Neither did I know:) I just checked the acronym posted in the next page to see what it meant and accidental found it.
