An Audited Balance Sheet and Revenue and Expenditure Accounts for the Body Corporate which is Candidate _per_ Article 5 of that Regulation adopted under the Provisions of that Order in Council of Ministers known as PMS Number 340 of 1997 and published in the _Dwrjaven vestnik_ Official Gazette Number 78 of 1997 of 10 October 1997;

A Company Survey Declaration _per_ Statutory Form;

A Declaration of Acceptance-In-Principle of Conditions and Textual Formulation of the proposed Contract of Sale. Where a disagreement may exist as to some Clause or some Condition within the Contract of Sale herein afore mentioned then such matters of dispute shall be tabled and subjected to discussion during the course of Negotiations.

Some points:

- in legalese writings, _never_ _ever_ use a single comma, even where the text is crying out for it! Circumlocute instead and use "and" a lot...

- _Dwrjaven vestnik_ should always be used in the original Bulgarian and merely transliterated. Otherwise you the translator risk a major lawsuit for damages and professional misconduct. It has happened. Don't be the next fall-guy!

- italicise Latinisms such as "per" and the titles of publications such as Dwrjaven vestnik.

- use initial caps for most nouns, especially those which matter in the context.
