Детето от предишния ми въпрос постъпва повторно в болницата един месец след операцията на коляното. Този път по повод мускулна контрактура в глезенната става, цитирам от анамнезата:

"Постъпва за пореден път по повод контрактура гастрострокнемии вдясно"

След таблицата с параклиничните изследвания е записано:

дата: Gastro - профил на глезен: рентгенография на дясна подбедрица с прилежащи глезен и стъпало.

Много ме озадачава употребата на "gastro" в комбинация с ортопедична терминология и ортопедично страдание. От друга страна не успях да намеря нито на български, нито на латиница търсения термин (гастрострокнемия). Дали е сбъркала болницата? Повторено е обаче два пъти в същата епикриза - един път на български (гастрострокнемия) и един път на латиница (Gastro)
