Explanation: I am not a native speaker of English, but I think my suggestion is a good match to this sentence the way it sounds in Bulgarian. One of the previous suggestions shows "building contract", but I think it is better if we use "construction contract", as it is not clear from the sentence what type of construction they are talking about.
