If you are translating a classic writing of (or indeed in) a certain time ago, you might consider 'how art thou' (being careful not to appear preposterous, of course!)

As to the 'lubov narodna' business, you might try ...

'wherefore art thou, oh popular approbation'

... if you were feeling extravagant, or possibly

'where art thou, oh adoration publick'

... or even

' ... public'

... again being true to the context and timeframe. If it is old Vazov you are doing, you might just get away with it. Though if you ask me, I'd go for a plain version, viz. 'Where are you, oh public approbation!' (note: a screamer, not a question mark, at the end)
