agree  Miglena Loster: Der Teil der Lende, der von der Hüfte bis zur ersten hohen Rippe geht. Dazu gehören keine Knochen und kein Filet. Der Fleischer oder Metzger bei uns bezeichnet ihn einfach als Roastbeef. Daraus werden die Entrecotes und Super-Show-Steaks zubereitet.

Според обяснението в посочения линк излиза, че контрафиле е френската дума. Затова, без да отхвърлям предложението на Петя, предлагам Lendenstück (vom Rind/Kalb) или Roastbeef, което е пак чуждица.

Die Franzosen unterscheiden nun wirklich contre-filet und filet. Das Filet liegt beidseitig unter der Wirbelsäule, das contre-filet über der Wirbelsäule rechts und links der Dornfortsätze...
Das Problem ist, dass man Tiere in verschiedenen Ländern nicht einheitlich zerlegt. Es gibt bei der Zerlegung von Rindern neben der deutschen Zerlegung u.a. einen schweizer Schnitt, einen österreichischen Schnitt und einen fanzösischen Schnitt (s. http://www.rezeptewiki.org/wiki/Zutat:Rindfleisch)
