Catalan term or phrase: clau de volta
I've identified the rosetons as "[t]he circular medallions, four in number and arranged in two pairs ... unique, remarkable pieces, the product of Jujol's creative power .... quite simply the 'keystones' which crown the spaces delimited by the edges of the modular pieces on the upper part of the capitals", but I can't figure out what to call the claus de volta, although I have photos.

Here's the context:
"Per a totes les parts del [Park Güell] on la decoració presenta cromatismes, Gaudí va comptar amb la col·laboració de l’arquitecte Jujol, molt especialment al banc ondulat de la plaça i als rosetons de les claus de volta de la sala hipòstila."

I think that's the word you are looking for (I see simalarities with the French word "clé de voute")
