Catalan term or phrase: construïdes de fàbrica de maó
Please excuse my posting this twice; the first time it was under "dues frase amb maons" and I thought it might have better luck on its own. I have this uneasy feeling it may just mean "made of brick", but that'd be a lot of words to say so.

"fàbrica de maó"== brickwork

Hi. I have inadvertently hidden my answer by experiementing with one of the buttons on the page :-(
Here it is again!:

"fàbrica de maó"== brickwork

The Diccionari de la Enciclopèdia Catalana defines "maó" as adobe or sun-dried brick (presumably in contrast to cinder-block or similar).
I have the feeling that this is describing a "Modernista" building. Am I right?

Here is an excerpt from course description bulletin from the Escola Tècnica d'Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona:

Anway. You could also use "brick masonry", but if it is a decorative element as well as being structural, I would use "brickwork".
