Catalan term or phrase: a voltes oficiosament sollicitada

It only remains to mention, for the satisfaction of all present, the important phenomenon that has occurred in respect of the concession of exports agencies. Until a couple of years ago the Administrative Committee was faced with the impossible task of persuading the superior wine houses to accept representation for the sale of our wines abroad. In the same period the Committee has often been agreeably surprised at the acceptation (a voltes oficiosament sollicitada) of our exclusive representation in important markets, and by houses of the first order. The names "Companyia Trasatlàntica" for Fernando Poo; J. Minyaquy & Co™, for Argentina; Pont, Restoy & Co™, for Cuba; Grace Bros & Co, with houses in Londres and New York, for the united states, British India, Chile, Peru and Bolivia, among others, are adequate proof of the esteem that our wine has rapidly gained in the market.
Those names, moreover, represent an adequate pledge for placing absolute faith in the future of the Syndicate, since it is a logical assumption that when the present situation returns to normal with the end of the war and when shipments are once again possible, then exports will acquire a satisfactory level."

I have included the entire sentence, as I'd like an opinion on the draft - I am under pressure of time and the catalan & Spanish are old (and naturally I wasn't expecting this!) and I'm having difficulty in dealing with longwinded sentences...

Also the part in catalan.

Thanks to all who have helped me.

Explanation:
(GDLC)

BTW,

Explanation:
I'd put "acceptance" rather than "acceptation".

even though we insisted a lot on it

Explanation:
What I understand in this sentence is that the author means that although they have been asking to sell their products abroad and they have been most of the times refused, at the same time they have been allowed to sell them. Now, "a voltes oficiosament sol·licitada" would mean: even though we insisted a lot on it.

Hope it helps:)
