Aforament and capacitat are quite the same, there might be a slight difference perhaps related to context (which I don't know) but then they're used in the same doco. Aforament is used in cinemas, theaters, etc. Anyway, this is what I reckon:
14 capacity (or capacity: 14...unclear. I think it might be the paragraph number)
