Explanation:
Ingredients include: distilled rice wine,cabbage,brown seaweed, Hypsizigus marmoreus, carrot, pea sprouts as well as veggie-extracted MSC (monosodium glutamate).

Coz I am originally from Taiwan and we don't have the word "褐藻菜", I just tried to translate it with knowledge I have about seaweed.

I actually believe using \'seaweed\' for the word \"褐藻菜\" should be enough.
