如果一定要作出区分，我的理解如下：
叉车因该翻译成大家所建议的forklift或者fork truck。其特点是前面的插件是两个或三个爪子的叉子，可以水平地插入货箱的底部，然后提升，接着搬运到另一个地方，主要用在仓库里的货物搬运。
