Chinese term or phrase: scriptorium
To make a long story short: I have to explain the contents of a document to a Spanish client. The document - originally in Chinese and translated into English - consists of building specifications for a high-rise tower with the most advanced modern technology. I have suffered many mistranslations in the reading already, but this one leaves me wondering what it could be: "The scriptorium of plane layer and the functional space inside the scriptorium of plane layer should be divided flexibly, considering detached bathing room design of every scriptorium."

We are talking about the units in the office block of the high-rise. (The bathing room part also throws me off.)
