1. By the way, I was looking for something else today when I found this Google patent for a 静脉切除器 (http://www.google.com/patents/CN101438972B?cl=zh) I'm now pretty sure 拔纽 means 拨钮, as shown here"所述中套管的切刀手柄上的推进机构为一推进{拨钮},该拨钮暴露于外套手柄的相应开槽处。"
