Do you have the characters?

Explanation:
At this stage, it is difficult to let you know what the characters may mean. If you can scan the characters and send them to me, I can let you know straight away what they mean.

However, if there are no characters, the spelling does not give a good idea of what is being referred to, so you may have no luck finding an answer.

Explanation:
I thing it is Japanese.
As in the first answer, I too would need the characters. Also, the name of the company concerned would be helpful.
