Chinese term or phrase: 他就會說
他很喜歡送禮物給別人,要是別人送禮物給他,他就會說:「謝謝。」

I would like to translate this sentence as "He enjoys giving presents to others very much, and if someone gives him a present, he always knows to say thanks."

I am having trouble with the phrase 他就會說. Have I captured it OK?

Based on everyone's input I am getting a better feel for the many uses of the word 會. My own seasoned English tells me that neither "would" nor "will" are required here.
