U redu, sada mi je jasnije. Onda vjerojatno se ne radi o osiguranju u smislu 'insurance' nego o 'ensure' u sirem znacenju.

U ovom kontekste bih rekao:

- ensured payment of outstanding amount ili amount owing

Iz nekoga mi nejasnog razloga se mora reci 'amount owing'.
