uz konstataciju Dusici:
Mislim da prevodjenje legislative u zemljama bivse YU treba doziviti preobrazbu u smislu adaptiranja na novonastale uslove. Slovenija i Hrvatska su uzele maha u adaptaciji zakonskih regulativa samim prikljucivanjem/radom na prikljucenju EU, sto se odrazilo na njihove pravne sisteme a samim tim i na prevodilastvo uopce. Stoga sam vise za Civil Obligations Act, negoli raniju varijantu - Law on Obligational Relations, iako nikako ne bjezim od toga.
mozda bi bilo zgodno prodiskutovati ovu temu na nekom od domacih foruma.

  -> hvala, ali mislim da trebate podrzati Ivanu na prvom mjestu. Ona je prva postavila isti odgovor. kad je u pitanju doslovan prijevod, si slazem se i ne slazem. u ovom slucaju da, izraz je siroko prihvacen, a ima i drugih slicnih primjera. nastavak slijedi
