Croatian term or phrase: PDV

I am translating a contract for a construction project in Croatia from English into German. The author uses the abbreviation PDV a few times in connection with prices. As I do not speak any Croatian I can only guess that this would be the German Umsatzsteuer or English VAT. Can anybody either confirm my guess or tell me what it really means?
