Czech to English translations [PRO] Art/Literary - Poetry & Literature / extáze
Czech term or phrase:očekávala je nekonečná nevrcholící extáze
This is the definition and spelling of ecstasy I know, with the first definition definitely being the first to come to mind - intense pleasure without implication of either "tearful plateau" or "staying on the summit" exclusively. For what that's worth.
Explanation: hey, where is this happening? Wouldn't mind getting some popcorn and front row seats...
What concerns confidence level, this sort of text needs to flow, poetically, with the surrounding text.

Explanation: Depending on the rest of the context, it might be appropriate to change up the negatives (I think nevrcholici could be construed positively :). And the "e" and "a" sounds have a nice alliteration.
