agree  Adrian MM. (X): wrongful VAT relief http://www.kursuslex.dk/moederplus/artikel/fuld-momsafloeftn... //literally unlawful relief, but wouldn't work unless the relief has been wrongly granted by the VAT authorities and adjudged wrongful.
