Explanation:
While not disagreeing with Eva, who is absolutely correct in a legal context, 'genuinely single' is perhaps the expression ordinary mortals would use.

Anticipatory pension consists of an amount divided into a rate for **genuinely single persons,** which is equal to the daily cash benefit, and a rate for cohabiting and married persons, which is 85% of the daily cash benefit.
The pension is income-related and the income of any cohabitant/spouse is included in the basis of calculation. However, the latter’s income cannot exceed a fixed amount, for details see below.
