Danish to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Danish term or phrase:personkreds
This is from a report from the Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen:
I've just come across the same term in an offshore employment agreement (relating specifically to pension in this section), and it clearly refers to the group of people who would qualify for a payout in the event of death, disability, etc. In your case it sounds as though it could just refer to the people involved in running the company as suggested by the non-Proz.com member.
Although "group of persons" is the general meaning, in this context, it doesn't quite relay the message. I have come to the conclusion that what they mean is the "board of directors, executive board and other key executives (auditor), i.e., "ansvarlige personkreds." Any other suggestions? Perhaps "executive" is enough?
