Der etableres trækrør Ø110mm med trækbrønde for kabling her under bl.a. kabel-TV, kabling til overvågningskameraer, tele- og fiberbackbone.

Explanation:
Just a suggestion, it is not a very elegant translation, and I'm not sure you would call il a manhole if it is too small for a person to get down into it.

Surface holes are always needed to lay down cables over large distances

agree  Roald Toskedal: To be nit-picking, the manhole is just the hole/lid on the surface, whereas this obviously is the 'cavity' below. Still, I guess most operators would refer to it as "the manhole", meaning both the lid and the cavity.
