Danish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering / railway tracklaying
Danish term or phrase:skinnekonnekteringer
The same text as my last question, about tracklaying for normal goods transport.
The sentence is:
Entreprenøren skal levere alle kabler / ledninger, kabeldåser inkl. beslag for nokatenerør, skinnekonnekteringer, samt skinnetilledning, nokatenrør, konnekteringsbolte, gummityller og pakkegler.
I think these are for electrical connections to points, not ordinary laskeplader (fishplates).
I asked the client, who passed the question on, but the answer for this job was simply ”Call them fittings for cable connections on track”.
I would have loved to know the answer after spending my weekend surfing the Net, but deadline is approaching and that is the way it goes!

Explanation: See ref. p. 5. Maybe this is what you are looking for?
Reference information: Christine, I haven't any direct answer for this term or for "nokatenerør". However, I did figure out that your source document refers to products from a company in Italy called Cembre (misspelled in "Cemprebolt" in the tender specifications.) You might find their railway catalog useful -- see the link.
