Danish term or phrase: gennemskrivning
I'm not sure how best to translate this word. It's from a registration of death form and appears in the following sentence:

Blanketterne udfyldes ved gennemskrivning og maa ikke afrives.

For which I have: "Forms must be completed through revision and not detached." Obviously something is wrong with my choices here.
