Danish to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s)
Danish term or phrase:Anpartshaveroverenskomest
Ordinarily a ‘Shareholder Agreement’ - but if it was between only two parties of a closely held (i.e. private corp) limited company, though it is not a ‘partnership agreement,’ two would it be better to term it something else?
Explanation: I see your point, but according to my knowledge based on working as an inhouse translator in a law firm, the correct term used by business partners is shareholders agreement, although the companies may be closely related.
