Danish to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.) / manufacturing pipes - various types, drinking water, drainage...
Danish term or phrase: knolddorn
Der indkøbt flere knolddorne, som skulle kunne være med til at nedbringe omstillingstiden markant, da knoldornen kan ”spænder” over flere dimensioner samt rør med tyndere godstykkelser.
Der er lavet ombygning af dornforlængere for med samme dorn/ matricesammensætning, at kunne producere forskellige godstykkelse og rørdiametre.

That is really all I have - the text is a management report about ISO certification and improvements in error percentages and reducing waste ...

Has anybody ever heard of one of these?

Ball punch?
Round-headed punch? Says my technically minded better half, but he is not at all certain.
