This is how my Danish friend finished his e-mail.It may not be a correct spelling since the e-mail contained a few typos in English, but I still hope someone out there can tell me what this means. Thank you!

This sml is a typos (missing the i) I guess it is smil (smile). He sent you smiles with an arrow (just a kind of phrase) .....nice meant Alena! Take these smiles ....they light up the day!
