Explanation:
Estoy de acuerdo, orilla izquierda sería mi opción también. Otra opción sería "pendiente izquierda del río", si realmente hay que subrayar la pendiente en sí.
"Acantilado" sería demasiado "fuerte" en este caso, creo yo.
