neutral  Jack den Haan: For 'onverdeelde winst' Van Amerongen adds: unappropriated. Thus: unappropriated retained profit. 'bedr 401' obviously refers to 'bedrijf' (company) and 'lop.bkjr' to 'lopend boekjaar' (current financial year).

  -> woud then expect "niet toegewezen" or the like to precede it - retained profit is how its reflected normally in my experience - thanks anyway for pointing it out
