Correct, but we are talking about a painting that is being restored. I think your safe with picture frame. Keep in mind that picture can also be synonymous for beeld.

Asker: Thank you. Although this interpretation occurred to me, I was thrown off by the word 'beeld', assuming that it was more than simply 'een lijst'
