Concrete pipe fitting
Context: This is part of the process of stabilising soft ground so that it can bear the load of heavy concrete pipes.
As I understand, it states that a 'Passteen' should be used at the location of the sleeve or collar (Mof) and a pasrij should be used to level the tranch floor (koffer).
My best guess is that 'Passteen' = key stone and pasrij = straight rail
This is for instructing people installing big pipes on a harbour front.
