FelOnline gives me 'specific occupational disability' for this term. I wonder if that's the only option.
Context: Het begrip beroepsarbeidsongeschiktheid wordt door de meeste verzekeraars alleen voor zelfstandig ondernemers en directeuren-grootaandeelhouders gehanteerd.
Voor het bepalen van de mate van arbeidsongeschiktheid wordt gekeken naar de beroepswerkzaamheden van de verzekerde zoals deze in de polis zijn genoemd.

I'm surprised no-one has provided an answer to this, as it's pretty straightforward. The term applies to self-employed professionals and directors, for whom the insurers deem it reasonable that the degree of their employability be related to the domain of their professional activity and not merely to their ability to perform any kind of work.
