disagree  Marijke Mayer: Een letterlijke vertaling is nou echt te kort door de bocht, en hoe onderbouw je dit? Wat zijn jouw bronnen voor deze toch wel boude stelling?

additional tax liability/charge

Explanation:
To translate well into English, the phrase needs turning round slightly. 'Tax liability' (or 'tax charge') is a known concept, whereas a 'fiscal addition' is not.

E.g.:
-> "Another crucial tax advantage for those running a 4Work vehicle as a company car is that no additional tax liability is allocated even if an employer pays for the fuel used in the course of an employee’s private mileage – which means savings of up to £140 per month."
http://www.worldoffroad.com/news.asp

-> "On review, if there is an additional tax liability for 2000/2001, complete panel 3 of the
form 11 and arrange to pay the additional liability by 31 October 2002."
http://www.revenue.ie/pdf/guide02_.pdf

-> "Where there is no additional tax liability, no Class 1 NICs are due but where there is an additional tax liability, Class 1 NICs will be due on any expense which is not a specific and distinct business expense."
http://www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/manuals/nimmanual/nim16001/n...

FWIW, searching Google for the phrase "fiscal addition" reveals only websites written in "Northwest European English" (ahem).
