See below Explanation: If/In case that AA comes to a conclusion that the contract is plausibly failing to offer real value for their money than the ZZ project completion by BB in accordance with the schedule will be interrupted/stopped at that point by AA.. or something similar. Should AA etc. Explanation: Should AA arrive at the conclusion that an XX contract might not offer any more value for money than a realization of the ZZ project by BB in concurrence with the XX time schedule would, then AA shall at this point stop the proceedings.
