Please help me out here, my eyes are red and my brain,...well... here's the killer sentence:

"Indien AA tot conclusie komt dat een XX-contract waarschijnlijk niet meer waar voor zijn geld biedt dan realisatie van het ZZ-project door BB in overeenstemming met het XX-tijdschema, zal AA op dit punt de procedure stoppen"

Should AA arrive at the conclusion that an XX contract might not offer any more value for money than a realization of the ZZ project by BB in concurrence with the XX time schedule would, then AA shall at this point stop the proceedings.

Maybe so, unfortunately, after two days in a row working though the night. This is the last assignments though! I am half way with the typing....

If/In case that AA comes to a conclusion that the contract is plausibly failing to offer real value for their money than the ZZ project completion by BB in accordance with the schedule will be interrupted/stopped at that point by AA..

or something similar.
