Explanation:
I'm not an expert but when you google this term, the suggested term shows up as "Metafysair linker femurfractuur". There are lots of hits for this term. So perhaps "Mitiafesair" is a typo for "Metafysair" (or distortion due to pdf conversion?). In English, this might be "metaphyseal fracture of (the left) femur" (http://www.nature.com/jp/journal/v26/n10/full/7211581a.html)
