I got an email from a client. I have no idea what this says. Please help! I believe it is dutch, but I'm not sure. It might be German.

It's just an e-mail being sent automatically to confirm the receipt of your message. Your client obviously don't want to tell you that he has actually read your mail, therefore he says it has been viewed, or shown on his screen ;-)
