for a flatbed press, surely, you may find a brand new one by Gerber Scientific on http://www.screenweb.com/index.php/channel/51/id/2424

but this is hardly the point. i copy from the senefelder ref above:

"Het zit 'm eigenlijk al in de naam: in de vellendrukkerij worden vellen papier bedrukt. De vellen worden eenzijdig in één doorgang in 4 of meer kleuren bedrukt. Dat houdt in dat een eenzijdig bedrukte stapel eerst moet worden gekeerd alvorens ook de weerdrukzijde bedrukt kan worden. Dit in tegenstelling tot de rotatiedrukkerij, waar rollen papier aan beide zijden tegelijk in full color worden bedrukt. Bij vellendruk bestaat de mogelijkheid tot het drukken van extra kleuren, zoals bijvoorbeeld steunkleuren (goud, zilver of een andere pms-kleur) of vernis."

i think 'sheet fed' (thanks Harry) should be used here, vs 'roll-fed':
"sheet-fed and roll-fed presses"
rotary or web of flat plate and so bloody many others don't really distinguish between either "vellen" or "rotatie".
