see detail Explanation: fluateren = treat with a salt of hydrogen hexafluorasilicate (see ref 1, which may be a useful glossary) -- your guess is a good as mine what it is in English (if there even is an equivalent) aanstralen = sandblast (the 'metallisch fijn scherpkantig straalmidel' is a giveaway) -- 'sandblast' can be used more or less generically, even if the abrasive is not sand, but if you want to be hyperprecise, then something like 'blast with a pressurised stream of fine metallic sharp-edged particles' is a possibility. |
