Explanation:
No dialect... there is a distinct difference, although some may not agree to that. ;-)
When you say "Ik hou erg veel van je" in Flanders, that would be considered rather formal and at the same time somewhat unnatural since we usually say "Ik zie je graag" or if you are really madly in love with someone, you would say "Ik zie je doodgraag", "Ik zie je zielsgraag",... and hundreds of similar variants.
