ischémie myocardique Explanation: me semble un terme plus précis que l'ischémie cardiaque. Le premier lien vous donne toutes les informations sur cette pathologie. Pour être complet, j'ajoute encore la définition du GDT: "Domaine(s) : médecine 1 / 1 myocardial ischemia Variante(s) graphique(s) myocardial ischaemia ischémie myocardique n. f. Déf. : Insuffisance de l'apport sanguin artériel dans le muscle cardiaque. Note(s) : L'ischémie myocardique est généralement causée par l'obstruction ou la vasoconstriction des artères coronaires et elle peut conduire à l'angine de poitrine et à l'infarctus du myocarde." La note me paraît importante, pour autant que je sache (et sans être médecin mais ayant quand-même une certaine expérience dans le domaine médical), l'ischémie myocardique en soi n'est pas mortelle, mais bien les infarctus qui peuvent en être la conséquence. Je crois que pour être correct, le texte original aurait dû parler de "hartinfarct" ou "myocardinfarct"... Serge L.
